Cowbell · 2023 - Present
Global Risk Data Platform
Large-scale company risk-data architecture that ingests, enriches, normalizes and distributes company-level intelligence across countries. Built as a reusable risk pool for underwriting, products, analytics and intelligent systems, and today the data foundation beneath Cowbell's OMNI AI agents.
The problem
Underwriting and product teams needed company-level risk intelligence across multiple countries, from sources with inconsistent schemas, freshness and coverage.
Key decisions
- Resolve entities and domain-to-company associations as a first-class step.
- Refresh incrementally so large enrichment runs stay cost-efficient.
- Keep lineage from every risk signal back to its source.
- Model country differences explicitly instead of forcing one global schema.
Outcome
The risk pool became a reusable data asset covering tens of millions of company profiles, rather than a static dataset tied to one consumer. It now grounds Cowbell's OMNI AI agents, from Cyber Pulse to Cyber Risk Pool Intelligence.
